We normally use Courier services like FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, TNT, DPD and Other relevant Door delivery services for our Customers’ Orders. The normal time frame for these deliveries may vary from 3 days to 8 days depending upon the type of shipping service being used. All the time frames are discussed with our Customers and we always provide tracking information to Customers via email or social media platform so that they remain updated on all travelling history of their respective orders. These shipments normally are dropped at Customer Exact Addresses.
Nearest Air Port or Sea port Delivery
Air Cargo Or Sea Cargo is normally used by us for Bulk orders of Customers in cooperation and acknowledgement with our Customers. The time frame for Air Cargo deliveries varies from 5 days to 9 days, depending upon the region of Customer. Same way Sea Cargo deliveries to nearest Sea Port vary from 2 weeks to 4 weeks depending upon the region of Customer.
We offer 2 services; a delivered Garment price offered to Customer which includes all shipping costs or an FOB price to our customers where we try to provide lowest possible shipping charges on each shipment to the Customer. This option is lucrative for Bulk orders being shipped via Air or Sea Cargo.
International Custom Duties
Recently, so fixed tariffs have been added by some countries over all kinds of Imports. These Custom duties depend upon Every Country’s’ Custom policies. We, therefore are not liable to these Custom duties and play our part by offering low valued invoices to ensure low custom duties. These Custom duties may or may not apply on your orders, depending upon the Custom Policies of your Country.
Undeliverable or Lost Parcels
We will take complete responsibility for any Undeliverable or Lost Parcels as its our duty to provide you with Orders on time. That’s a Flat policy high valuing Customer Satisfaction.
